Over 10 years ago, an empanada vision came to me. It was my dream to open a cart that would provide my beloved city of Boston with delicious made-from-scratch empanadas, reminiscent of the many 'NADA feasts I had in my childhood.
Since 2020, The Nada Cart brand has grown to be widely recognized in the Greater Boston Area as a purveyor of gourmet empanadas. We sold over 75,000 units at dozens of locations including the US Open, Hub Hall, Faneuil Hall, and more.
The Nada Cart became a reality and I built the brand from the ground up.
